7.2、能力
组织应:
a. 确定受其控制的工作人员所需具备的能力,这些人员从事的工作影响质量管理体系绩效和有效性;
b. 基于适当的教育、培训或经历,确保这些人员是胜任的;
c. 适用时,采取措施获得所需的能力,并评价措施的有效性;
d. 保留适当的形成文件的信息,作为人员能力的证据。
注:对于人员能力的定期评审应当予以考虑。
注:采取的适当措施可包括对在职人员进行培训、辅导或重新分配工作,或者招聘、分包给胜任的人员等。
7.2、Competence
The organization shall:
a. determine the necessary competence of person(s. doing work under its control that affects the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system;
b. ensure that these persons are competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, or experience;
c. where applicable, take actions to acquire the necessary competence, and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken;
d. retain appropriate documented information as evidence of competence.
NOTE: Consideration should be given for the periodic review of the necessary competence.
NOTE Applicable actions can include, for example, the provision of training to, the mentoring of, or the reassignment of currently employed persons; or the hiring or contracting of competent persons.
